Own the inbound SMS path on Intuit's notification platform. Rebuilt it from a synchronous webhook handler into a queue-backed pipeline — DLQ replay, skip controls, feature-flag gating.
Shipped two-way messaging with MMS/RCS support: media authentication, document handling, marketing-consent capture.
Built a program-authoring service from scratch for the incentives platform — event bus, DynamoDB, transactional outbox, Jenkins CI/CD.
Made the platform observable: structured Splunk dashboards with end-to-end message-flow visibility, integration suite wired into CI.

Built the public API surface and ATS integrations (Workable, Lever, Zoho). $250K+ in annual revenue runs through it.
Inherited a 7-second API in the core hiring flow. Rebuilt it: 300ms raw, 60ms cached.
Moved comms onto queue-backed workers — 60% more throughput, and peak traffic stopped being an incident.
LLM-monitored interviews with automated snapshots. Manual review halved.
Rebuilt payments and mock-interview flows; engagement doubled. Automated the ops team's busywork — 60% gone.
